Project’s Brief
Complex industrial project consist of the following components:

Al Rayyan Hills Project site is located on a plateau in an exclusive area of Sana’a whose summit is 2350 meters above sea level with a site area of approximately 440,000 SQM. It is approximately 100 m higher than the surrounding area and has a change of level of approximately 30 meters across the site. The site is bordered by Beirut Avenue to the South, Hadda Street to the East, Hiseteen Avenue to the North and Nasseam Hameed street to the West. The Al Rayyan Hills project is a mixed use project comprising Residential Accommodation, a 5 Star Hotel, Retail, Commercial buildings, a Mosque, and Community Center. Description of actual services.

· Ground water tank and complete water supply network. 

· Waste water and sanitation network and wastewater plant.

· Power, electrical and communication system including external cables and
  roads lighting networks.

· Road network, cars and tracks parking

· Storm water drainage system.

· Fire hydrant system and network.

 

· Green area and soft landscape

· Pavement and hard landscape 

· Fence including the main and emergency gates

· External lighting system

 

Project management services:

· Plan, monitor and manage execution of the project to ensure time, in budget and 
  high quality project delivery to the client.

· Drive achievement of time, cost and EHS goals in project work.

· Provide leadership to and develop the project operation function.

· Ensure regulatory compliance.

· Coordinate closely with client to develop project execution strategy.

· Finalize and manage scope, schedule and budget changes with client where necessitated.

· Coordinate with Technical Services departments to finalize quality, cost, time and HSE goals.

· Develop and modify the project control system to match project requirements over
  many contractors for different packages in consultation with the concerned departments.

· Monitor and present various progress reports to management and clients.

· Liaise with client for critical decisions as required.
