Project brief
The project was announced as a limited competition by the ministry of foreign affairs in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The land is a single plot of 8,092 m² dedicated for the Staff Housing Complex, it is located at the Diplomatic Enclave of Islamabad, Pakistan
The residential project consists of four 10 stories towers that comprises 76 residential units (2 and 3 bedrooms). Each residential unit consist of a Living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and a maid’s room, in addition to a separate men Majlis. Moreover, in each tower, there is a public green areas located in differnet stories.
Scope of services
1. Prepare conceptual and preliminary architectural designs.
2. Prepare final detailed architectural, structural and MEP drawings and details.
3. Construction Supervision services
