Project’s BriefLogistics strategy and priority infrastructure improvements in Hodeidah. The two logistic center consist of the following:   Buildings: Warehouses, dry and cold stores. Administration building. Services building Main gates.   Utilities: Waste water and sanitation network and waste water treatment plant. Power, electrical and communication systems including external cables and roads lighting networks. Road network, cars' and tracks' parking. Water storm drainage system. Fire hydrant system and network.   Landscape and fence: Green area and soft landscape. Pavement and hard landscape. Fence including the main and emergency gates. External lighting system.   Scope of Service Scope of services included but not limited to the following: Review the geotechnical investigation report. Prepare preliminary and final detailed architectural designs Prepare preliminary and final detailed structural and electrometrical designs. Prepare tender document and cost estimation.
