Project’s Brief
New Complex industrial project, The main objective of the project is to support small and medium enterprises in the country to run a large number of manpower, consist of the following components:
Buildings:
SME strategy and SME business center facility. Include the following:
- different units of workshops
- stores
- and service
Utilities:
- Four water wells, one ground water tank and complete water supply network for the plant and the other buildings and activities.
- Waste water and sanitation network and waste water treatment plant.
- Power, electrical and communication systems including external cables and roads lighting networks.
- Road network, cars' and tracks' parking.
- Water storm drainage system.
- Fire hydrant system and network.
Landscape and fence:
- Green area and soft landscape.
- Pavement and hard landscape.
- Fence including the main and emergency gates.
- External lighting system.
Scope of Service
Review all the available environmental studies and reports, physical features and environmental conditions of project site, which include preparing the environmental assessments, environmental assessments policy depending on the nature of road impacts. |
