Project’s Brief
To include a modern concrete building that will consist of thirteen floors, three to be commercial mall and nine administrative floors to include open plan offices and all facilities for a modern office building. Highly advanced architectural finishing, the external cladding to be mostly Aluminum sheets, glass and local off white stones Approximate total built area of 12,000 m2 including the main courtyard, fix structures and circulation elements. Complete MEP systems and works including sound system, CCTV, firefighting, data system, etc. The landscape designs to include hard and soft landscape, irrigation systems and external lighting

Scope of Service
Design consultancy services include the following: Prepare technical report including area and space requirements, site analysis and concept design etc.Prepare conceptual architectural designs. Prepare preliminary architectural designs. Prepare (3D) digital model using 3D MAX software. Prepare model scale 1:200 using cardboard and wood.
