Project’s Brief

· A modern  building  located in M14 Musafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE, The  building consists of three floors, ground floor of  (2093 m2) ,  Mezzanine floor of  1267 m2  and first floor of 1035  m2.  

· The building consist of concrete structural frame system, and build using advanced and special construction materials, this modern architecture building constructed using R.F concrete structural system and clad by marble and light brown stones in addition to aluminum galas windows and curtain walls. 

· The building Equipped by very advance and up to date MEP system including sound, CCTV intrusion, data and communication systems. 

· Approximate Total area of 2093 m².

Scope of Service
Design services:

· Prepare conceptual and preliminary architectural designs

· Prepare final detailed architectural, structural and MEP drawings and details. 

· Prepare conceptual and preliminary architectural designs.

· Prepare tender document including the special, general condition and the form of the contract.

 

· Review/ensure conformity of Contractor's Works to contract documents.

· Prepare Cash Flow Projections. 

· Prepare Interim and Final Payment Certificates.

· Monitoring of Project Progress.

· Hold Site Meeting with Contractor and employer.

· Arrange for any Special Reports or Special Services.
· Evaluate Contractor's Claims.

· Issue Variation Orders after Approval from Employer.

· Carry out inspections in advance of Taking-Over Committee.
