The architectural design team in our regional office in Amman has developed the initial concept for a multi-purpose entertainment building in Hawlaf, Socotra. This innovative project includes a hotel, two versatile halls for celebrations and conferences, rental offices, and commercial shops along the main street. Additionally, the project features external amenities linked to the hotel and beach, such as a coffee shop, an outdoor restaurant, and various sea-view playgrounds for recreation and enjoyment.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early October 2020, following the end of the wind season in Socotra. The construction phase will span at least nine months from commencement.
